Where is the focus of your team, actually?
And where should it be?
Sometimes, the team's focus has to be changed consciously, because things have changed.
Customer behavior, needs and values, technologies, the competitive situation; there are many reasons.
Sometimes, of course, no change in focus is necessary: The company’s strategy and philosophy are still up-to-date and appropriate and yet it seems as if the team has lost focus.
Both situations are completely normal and shape everyday life in organizations.
It's like cycling: if you stop, you fall over.
Therefore, it is important to proof the team’s focus and to find a common focus again in workshops regularly, the currently valid one or one that better corresponds to the current situation.
